Too soon to tell

I have only started this, so I can’t tell you the difference this may have. So I may be back to edit my review after a few weeks. But it seems like a good high quality supplement. It’s packed with 13 active ingredients. It’s not that easy for me to swallow and I haven’t noticed any side effects.

Excellent source of magnesium

I have been looking for something that has a lot magnesium to help maintain my blood pressure and calcium for my overall health, so this is perfect. The other vitamins are truly bonuses for me. I take these 3x a time, specifically at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pill size is equivalent to an acetaminophen, so easy to swallow. I like that this a month’s supply and will definitely have this on subscription.

I like that this supplement includes a number of ingredients to support bones and joints. The tablets are larger in size, but are coated and easy for me to swallow. After taking them daily for over a week, I haven’t had any issues or adverse reactions after taking them. I appreciate that this is a 2pack, which should last for two months. Overall, I have been happy with them.
