This product is wonderful. I loved it. It helps a lot with appetite and energy.

I haven't been using these for long, but I have lost almost 2lbs already(combined with a healthier diet and more exercise). The first smell you notice when you open these, is apple cider vinegar, although there is no flavor from it, since these are capsules. I love that the ingredients are almost all natural(if not all of them), and absolutely love this brand of products!!!
